I'm really not sure what this is about but it's linked to Capcom's official website. Is M. Bison planning something? Or is this a way to sell more of Capcom's Street Fighter merchandise? The page is kinda cool with static and Bison's logo on the background but without the wings and there's also a count down of some sort.
