Oscars 2010 Winners List Is Not Based On The Money

Monday, March 08, 2010

The Academy Awards is considered as the highest achievement anybody in  the film industry can get, and the 2010 Oscars proved that you don't even have to have a big budget film or even the best effects to win. You don't even have to earn as much as the other films, you just have to have a great story and the greatest way of sharing it to the world. I'm sure a lot of people expected Avatar to win "Best Picture" because of the money and breakthrough effects it brought in but as with all Oscar Awards that's not the case. Congrats to hurt Locker. hutrt locker was great. it hit on all notes pretty well. good acting from Jeremy Renner, a fresh perspective on iraq . Hurt Locker was only shown on Green belt last year.

Avatar clearly wasn't best picture material. The SFX may be Great but its the story hurts Avatar. I actually liked D9 better.

I watched the Hurt Locker in Megamall because of all the hype about it being "best" and the trailer seemed promising.

Honestly, I found it boring, without feeling the thrill I saw in the trailer. My friends and I wound up talking about something else in the cinema.

Still, it was an uncommon story about a bomb specialist and I guess what made it special was that people like that really do exist and risk their lives to make the world safer for others.
