So I'm pretty sure some... err... most of you really don't follow this blog and just seem to land on this little nook on the internet because of a random Google Search. Anyways, as you may or most likely haven't noticed I'm not actively posting stuff lately because I'm kind of busy with other stuff I wanted to try and grow aside from the usual laziness that is. So I've been trying to play a lot more games now and have been hosting my own YouTube channel about some of the games I've been playing. If you haven't seen it yet, GeekPinoyTV mostly focuses on a Hearthstone Show I've been hosting with some of the local players. The goal of the show is to educate Pinoy Hearthstone players on how to play better and probably some random stuff here and there. I'd probably be uploading a lot more content when I get the time as editing and uploading videos really takes a big chunk of my time not to mention getting in some time to play just so I can bust out decent content. Anyways, that's generally what's keeping me busy the past few weeks so if you want to check it out and subscribe I'd really appreciate it. I'm hoping to get more time to blog about stuff I can't afford soon so please check back when you can. For now you can watch one of the videos I uploaded to the channel after the break.

Ordinarily when we talk about online gaming we mean exactly that: games that we play online. But - and it’s sometimes a big but - there are different types of gaming out there. In fact, the kind of fantasy social gaming that we mostly talk about here is only one part of a much wider industry.
And as we all know, the gaming industry is ENORMOUS! Bigger than Hollywood, it’s valued in the tens of billions of dollars (not that anyone actually counts them all). So there is plenty of room for radically different gaming products to exist alongside the more conventional things we tend to showcase here.
This is a roundabout introduction to online casino gaming that is in and of itself a multibillion dollar industry. The thing about online casino gaming is that it encapsulates all the escapism that an action or a fantasy game might provide, but it does it in a way that carries an extra, added spice.

I honestly haven't played a minute of the Portal game franchise because I think my brain wouldn't be able to handle the stress of all the puzzles. Anyways, I hear a lot of people are going crazy over it so I decided to look around and get more information about it. Luckily the guys over at Honest Game Trailers have something even us non-Portal players can relate too. So if you have a couple minutes of your time and like to get a couple of geeky giggles go ahead and watch the honest game trailer of Portal after the break.

I really wish Breaking Bad didn't end so soon but as with all great things in life, it too must come to an end. So what do geeks like us do with that void that we can't seem to fill without Breaking Bad? We watch mashups created by people who seem to have a lot of time on their hands. This Breaking Bad Mr. Men mashup is probably the best way to explain what the legendary series is all about without getting too much into all the serious scenes. It's probably a great way to waste a few minutes of your mortal life so go ahead and just feel a little bit nostalgic of Mr White's drug manufacturing adventures.

All this gameplay footage really makes me wanna stop and just play Watch Dogs until I pass out. Luckily I still have the strength to resist the temptation to procrastinate. Anyways, Assassin's Creed Unity is really looking good with Coop. I just hope when this gets successful and I know it will that they add more people that can join in and not just 3 of your friends. Who knows what we can do to France when that happens. The trailer's not safe for kids by the way, unless you want them to see a couple heads on spikes.

I'm not really much of a fan of the Oddworld franchise mainly because when the time it was starting out I can barely afford a console of my own. It's not that I didn't like it that much but I was pretty sure that I won't be able to finish the game without having to bother my neighbors if I can play on their console the whole night. Anyways, Abe's looking mighty fine now that the developers have more advanced tools to work with. I'm not sure who or what he's up against but seeing this alien world in a visually stunning trailer realy makes me want to take a stab at it when it comes out. For now, all we can do is just marvel at the big world err... odd world?... the developers have cooked up for us in the trailer.

I'm not really much into any flight simulation games and all, but I do enjoy a great scenery and trailer. That's exactly what I got from No Man's Sky's Gameplay trailer. Sometimes I wasn't even sure I was watching cinematics or gampeplay footage. Anyways, I'm sure it's gonna be great for fans of Sci-Fi and survival genre. Go ahead and check the gameplay trailer after the break and just be bored or excited about playing this on your PS4.
